to Be Healthy in girls teenagers
It's hard to worry about being healthy on your
activities. Here are some steps to being healthy that work with your busy
schedule.
Steps :
1.
Take a shower every day. It only takes a few minutes and who doesn't like feeling
clean? Make sure to always use shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
2.
Maintain nails. Nail polish, cutting, etc.
3.
Wash your face constantly. In the morning and night
4.
Take care of your eyebrows and upper lip hair. Pluck eyebrows, shave upper lip
hair.
5.
Exercise a little every day. Do this routine every day before school and before bed:
20 jumping jacks, 20 sit ups, 10 push ups, 20 squats. You'll be strong and fit
really fast. It makes you good looking and more fresh to start the activities

Eat right.

Drink 8 cups of water a day. It'll make your skin clearer. Keep a bottle in your
locker or your backpack. Substitute it for soda or juice by flavoring it.

Do activities you enjoy.
9.
Listen to music to fall asleep. It boosts your mood.
10.
Love yourself. You are the only person that can change you. You are
perfect, no matter what anyone says.
