How to make cassava pizza

Ingridients:


       5 kg of cassava peel, grated coarse
       1,000 grams young grated coconut rough
       10 eggs
       5 teaspoons salt
       Sauce Ingredients:
       5 pieces (750 g) onions, finely chopped
       10 pieces (875 g) tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
       500 grams of tomato sauce
       2 1/2 teaspoon salt
       5 teaspoons sugar
       5 tablespoons oil for sauteing
       Topping ingredients:
       500 quickly melted cheddar cheese, grated coarse
       250 grams of chicken sausage, cut the box
       500 grams of pineapple, cut into pieces
       300 grams of canned button mushrooms, sliced



Processing Method:
1. mix cassava, grated coconut rough, eggs, and salt. Stir well.
2. Pour in baking dish 20 cm diameter round plastic dialas.
3. Steam 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
