Let Me Take Your Place
Sometimes when I was staying in my room, I often think
about my parents. That bring back my memories about them. Sometimes I think
what are they doing now, how was their condition, are they healthy? Are they
enjoy their day? Does my father work well? Does my family eat regularly? I
often think about them. Often comes into my mind…
“Formerly
you looked so strong. I am greatly admired with you. Not because of your
strength or your capability. Many things you can do for me. So many struggles
that you have done. Struggle not for getting a freedom, but you struggle for
the welfare of our life. Do not care about the pain and fatigue. You ignore the
obstacles that come to you. I was amazed with the enthusiasm and persistance
that you have.It is hard to be like you, even I have not been able to. I want
to be like you and continue your struggle because you are growing older. Your
greatness eroded by time and age. Now you are getting old and weak. Things were
not as good as first. But all of your struggle and toil will not be in vain.
Now, let me take your place, let me continue what you have started. Let me
prove and give the best for you and for all of us.”
That often comes into my
mind..
I would like to say thank you for my parents,
especially my dad, thank you so much for everything you have made in my life. Now, this is the
time for me to start from the smallest thing, until I can prove to you if I can
later.
