ENERGY DRINKS

People who believe about energy drinks can helps their for daily activity.  Many advantages and disadvantages of energy drinks. May be a lot of us use energy dinks for our body, because if you use energy drink, you are feel so eager and your body doesn’t too tired.

            But, have you know many energy drinks has aspartame . Aspartame is a material that is chemically toxic chemicals can be changes in the brains . So if you use that product for the long run you can make tour brain is broke. And more than that,according to Dr.Rere “energy drinks also has caffein and alcohol” . Contains of energy drinks has a caffein make our body restless,headache,and diarrhea. And alcohol can cause dependency.

            All of damage material has a energy drinks can make our body more worse than before we use it. And in my opinion if you want to have health body and you doesn’t feel so tired, you must be dilligent sports, consume many water and most important you should rest enough.

DIFFERENCES IN LOVE AND LUST

Many people said love is lust , and without the passions that 's not a love.

But another do for my love and lust are very different .

Love like two sides of the coin. Love is the positive side and lust is the negative side.

So it to distinguish , couples are only passions or love to you please read this.

The love is happy, if your couple really love you, he want to try to miss his lust and make  his relationship so happy without lust. Because the gentle men is if he can appreciate his girlfriend and never want to spoiled her.

But

The lust is harm,  as appetite is the result of latent desire not feeling pent up and it will destroy a relationship with its own way .

The loves make us laugh. Because love is the source of eternal happiness, it  would not has the heart to hurt one another. so if your couple is too often makes your hurt could be considered, may be he doesn't love you anymore.

But

The lust make us disappointed.because lust only to justify itself, regardless of anything. and if lust has been satisfied, he will go and leaving only scars.

Love is the best, Love always try to gives his couple the best of what is he has. And never want to his couple give feedback.

But

Lust is upside down he never want to know what his couple want and he always request and even force what he want for his couple.

So, only you know what feel of your couple, love or lust?
